Returns Policy

1. 30-day return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Returns outside this window are reviewed case-by-case and may be declined.
2. How to start a return
Email support@ripgrip.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll reply with a return authorization and the shipping address. Do not ship items back without an authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused or unrefunded.
3. Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or was shipped in error. We recommend a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
5. Defective or damaged items
If your order arrived defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund, at your choice.
6. Non-returnable items
Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use beyond inspection are not eligible for return. Final-sale items, if any, are marked as such at checkout.
